Attention to all members. There will be 2 upcoming competitions in December. Those who are interested, please refer to the following details.
You can join any one of them or both , you can also attend to support our fighter.

1st Hulu Selangor Taekwondo Festival
Sparring (Gyorugi) and Poomsae

Date: 5th December and 6th December 2009

Venue: Kompleks Sukan Dewan Serbaguna Hulu Selangor, Kuala Kubu Bahru

Registration Fee: RM30

Melaka Sparring Competition
Sparring ( Gyorugi )

Date: 12th December and 13th December 2009

Venue: Melaka ( Exact location To be Confirm )

Registration Fee: RM 20 ( Exact amount To be Confirm)

Sparring Competition @ Putrajaya

EX Taekwondo academy has just attended it's first ever invitation championship! Of course, as under Master Ben Wong.

It was held at Dewan Serbaguna Presint 11, Putrajaya on the 15th of November, a Sunday.

We sent 19 competitors, and emerged with 7 medalists. =) Congratulations to those who did win, and for those who didn't, you can always try again and train more to improve your level. =D (Preferably at EX Academy muahahahhaa)

Thanks to the moms and dads who attended, as well as sent our players to the venue. Of course, not forgetting the team manager plus supporters =)

Hope to see more players as well as medalists at the next competition!

Sparring Competition

Since there will be a MBW sparring competition that will be held during 14th or 15th of November, E.X. Academy is currently hosting a sparring training package for all Taman S.E.A. people!

For a measly RM40, you can attend sparring training continuously for 3 weeks, starting from 19th October to 14th November! You can attend as many as you like, and the price will be the same. If you only attend once, you still have to pay RM40, so it's your loss if you don't turn up for practice.

P.S. This training is not compulsory, and you may participate in the competition without attending the training. But, there is a filtering of applicants who wish to participate in the COMPETITION. Attending the training will help you train better, giving a better chance of entering the competition.

Annual Camps/Trips

As hinted by Gavin in the previous post, the E.X. Taekwondo Academy is gonna organize a camp at Broga! If you don't know where it is, Google it. Anyway, the details are shown below.

Venue : Broga
Price : RM 200
Date : 27th November to 29th November

With all meals included, an air conditioned dorm, a field and basketball court, flying fox, rock climbing, bicycles and kayaks, this camp is also open to non Taekwodno members too!!
